Our minimum stay is 3 months. Many residents stay for a year or longer, and extending is simple.
The deposit is one month's rent, paid when you confirm your room and returned at the end of your stay in line with your tenancy agreement.

A few simple rules keep everyone comfortable: quiet hours are 10pm to 9am; please clean up after using shared spaces; switch off lights, fans, aircon and the water heater when you leave a room; and while guests are welcome, overnight stays are not allowed.
